Gabrielle Newell is a social science researcher working in Washington DC. She completed her Masters in Comparative Social Policy at Oxford University in 2016, thanks to the support of many mentors and friends. As an undergraduate student, she attended the University of Chicago where she studied International Studies and Human Rights. At University of Chicago, Gabrielle was a part of the honors society and chosen as Student Marshall, the highest award given by the University to a graduating student. She also was involved in student groups focused on health, welfare, and dance. Gabrielle recognizes that her academic success is the product of hard work and an enthusiastic support system. She is eager to provide that same support and mentorship to Dyad students.
